MIND
This December in the run-up to Christmas we will be going on a charity fund-raising tour of England and Wales. We will be busking through the cold for Mind, a charity that provides support and raises awareness for people with Mental Illness, something that affects everyone's lives at one point or another. And since music is often used in the healing process, how appropriate it is that we should share music for mental health!
Our stops will be:
18th Dec - St Alban's
19th Dec - Leeds
20th Dec - Sheffield
21st Dec - Cardiff
22nd Dec - Winchester/Salisbury
23rd Dec - London
Our evening's in Leeds and Cardiff will culminate in lovely evening recitals at St Mary's Church, Swillington, and in Cardiff M.A.D.E, Roath, Cardiff. We'll be playing a mixed repertoire featuring Mozart, Taffanel, and some seasonal and jazz tunes.
We're hoping to bring music, happiness and some general Christmas cheer to the world the week running up to the holiday's while raising money and awareness for a fantastic cause.
